Spencer Briggs is the founder and owner of Rafter B Inspections, LLC.
Spencer decided to pursue his inspection career when he moved to south central Oklahoma where he owns his cattle ranch, Rafter B Land & Cattle. With a lifetime of experience with construction under his belt, the most advanced technology, and his attention to detail, Spencer is someone clients can trust with their home inspection.
Spencer knows pictures are worth a thousand words, so his reports are detailed and image-rich and he gives the option of using his 360 degree camera.
Spencer is a local and professional home inspector proudly serving the residents, business and real estate professionals of Pontotoc, Coal, Atoka, Hughes, Seminole, Pottawatomie, McClain, Garvin, Murray, Carter, Johnston Counties.
Prior to becoming a home inspector, Spencer managed cattle ranches in Texas. Wanting to start his own business and spend more time with his family, Spencer became a home inspector and started his own business In Pontotoc County. His extensive knowledge in business and customer relationships provides an edge to his clients, for those purchasing or selling a home and realtors.
Spencer loves helping and educating people allowing them to feel confident in the decisions they’re making and treats everyone like family.
In his free time , he resides at his ranch with his wife and daughter where they work cattle and tend to the land.
